Writing down thoughts helps me think better
I've noticed in my short time owning a blog that my thoughts have become more recognizable to myself.
I no longer struggle to chain one thought to another.
It's probably because writing things down as they come to mind help us think about our thoughts. Metathinking even.
Jokes aside, writing is necessary for a healthy mind. It seems that reading gives us an idea, but if you don't write things down, do you ever get to exercise those ideas floating in your head?
